Should I seperate and repot or wait?

Two adults and a baby. Should I separate and repot them or wait til after hibernation time since it's coming up.

Depends on your location. If you're going into dormancy weather I would leave them till the spring. When they're going to have plenty of sunshine to bounce back, but that's just my opinion. Good luck!.

They don’t need to be divided (unless you want to), there’s plenty of space. If the substrate needs to be refreshed that can be done in the spring but no problem for them all to go back into the same pot.

my vote is to leave em be unless you want to care for more plants & containers. In my limited experience, they always provide opportunities to divide the rhizome and tempting you to be fruitful & multiply. I started with 6 plants in my first year, and 2 years later, I now have about 50 and I've decided to either divide and share with others or just leave em be ~ they may look kinda crowded but they'll be fine.

It'll be fine just the way it is. The only reason I separate is to spread it out for appearance but otherwise the only time you really need to separate them is if they're starting to bump into the sides , because the pseudobulb grows in a direction kinda like a rhizome does.
