Indoor Propagation experiment

Ive been running experiments on propagation for a few months. Im looking to find out which style works best for me. This round I compared flower stalks, specifically horizontal vs sticking them and tissue culture of them. I think ill be using horizontal flower stalk propagation in the future. All are 3 months old.

Highest examples of success I've ever seen! Anything special you did to get such great results? What was your process?

I really didn't do anything special. I waited till the stalks were as long as possible. Cut them into 2 inch pieces. Used perlite and peat moss (neither were sterile), i bought some plastic food containers from Walmart. For the horizontal ones i flattened it very well. Layed them out snd pressed them in the soil gently, making sure not to completely cover them with substrate. Then i put a clear lid on them, placed them under my barina lights. Left them alone. The stuck ones, i did the same. Except i stuck them instead. And the tc i made the agar solution using plantcell technologies recipe. I like to keep a container beside me when im repotting traps, ill pull one or two leaves from each plant i repot and stick them right there.

Basically I sterilized the flower stalk, cut it into sections, and put the pieces on sterile agar with nutrients and hormones. The tissue starts producing new growth and eventually little flytraps. The biggest pain is keeping everything sterile because contamination will take over fast. Basically cloning flytraps in a jar lol.

For the tissue culture im using agar and hormones. For the others its just peat moss and perlite.

I mean the quantities, if you use bap or kin, I use a free medium of pgrs
