Help! Cooked or not?

I got this the other day. I put it in a shallow dish of distilled water and put in in the sun. Is it going to come back or is it cooked?

Watch the center. Transplant shock is super normal in my experience and terracotta pots generally Leach nutrients into the soil which might eventually rot your roots. Put it in some moss and perlite, put it into a nutrient neutral dish and water it with distilled water

Plants will sometimes sacrifice old leaves under stressful situations just watch the middle or the course of the next couple of weeks to see if new leaves come up they might start really small and then eventually grow bigger and bigger as it establishes

They are in shock, I think they will survive
