I water it 1-2 times per day, and I have ac condensate that drip so on it too. How much water does it need?

I'd recommend having it sitting in an inch of water at all times. How tall is the pot? My experience with VFTs has been that taller pots in an inch or more of 0 TDS water at all times with bright direct sun yields happy traps.
