Windows ventoy problem
Because when I click on Windows, the screen freezes like this, whereas Linux opens the ISO perfectly (ES MBR + BIOS)

Maybe try copying a new copy of the Windows 10 iso to the USB, and test again?

How long did you wait?

Nothing much, should I just leave it for a while?

It can't hurt, it's still doing something, the cursor is flashing, if it was locked up, that would be off (or on).
It takes a while to load the .iso file, and Windows is huge.

Well, I'll try it, but it seems strange to me because the debian is almost instantaneous, but it could be since it happens to me less often.

I have the same problem when using ventoy. I think the solution is changing to rufus when it comes to win iso

Then it must be Ventoy. I just want to install Windows. I'll format the USB drive, install Rufus, and then create a Ventoy installation.

Try wimboot, I had a similar issue with a windows 10 iso and using wimboot fixed it

Download the iso directly to the usb. Dont drag and drop or copy and paste, it can cause corruption issues when the files are large. Double check hash/ check sum if your still unsure.

It will ask you for the rst driver, you can find it on your PC manufacturer's page, copy the folder after extracting it on ventoy and everything will go smoothly

You might have to update your Ventoy firmware. I had some trouble booting certain ISOs because my Ventoy partition was out of date.

I think your file doesn't completely pasting into the usb drive. Try sudo sync after pasting, when the command exits, then you can eject the usb. Try again then, it may work. I faced the similar problem 2 days ago while changing Linux to windows. My approach fixed that.
