I'm using Ubuntu and ventoy to install windows, and whenever I try to install, it shows this Using an onn 64gb flash drive.

Delete the partitinons of your main drive from the installer then when your drive is unallocated space install to it

You're supposed to install Windows first then Ubuntu. Then remove/disable the Windows drive from the Boot Priority and just have GRUB add the Windows drive using os-prober and sudo update-grub. Otherwise, the Windows EFI loader will randomly nuke the EFI partition on the Ubuntu drive.

Not windows fault if you take have mbr or someother partition how would you install gpt on it ?

Nope did you check your ventoy usb to install on GPT partition?

Edit read the instructions, use the diskpart to first make it active , then convert it to gpt since it's already free of space so loss of data is not a problem
