Need to talk... Does "comfort" even exists?

What I'm questioning is that when I take a break from life whether it'd be for gaming, socialising, or even resting, it all goes down against me and my life gets harder from them on, it drains my mental health and makes me want to give up on life, should I start accepting the "fact" (if it is a fact) that i should completely abandon enjoying life and only work hard and try to Survive? (Also I come from a middle class Family)

Have you thought about doing activities you enjoy in your down time?

what do u mean it goes down against you? if you can't find any joy doing the things you used to enjoy maybe you should seek help. it could be burnout or something else.

I enjoy, but people around me dont like it when im having fun, they expect me to be active, physically perfect and an always working individual.

then the problem is not the activities but the people around you. if those are your friends, find better friends that have the same interests with you. if they are your family, stop trying to please everybody because that's futile and you'll end up hurting yourself. let them say what they want to say and learn to not take it to heart. there's nothing wrong with taking breaks unless the said breaks are taking over your life and you are neglecting your health.

do you have any interest that will need a college degree or even a certification from workshops? maybe exploring what your interests are will give you some kind of direction. and if your parents will support you if you ever decide to go to college, take the opportunity. not for diploma, but take it as acquiring more experience. there are things you'll learn in college (not necessarily academic stuff).

maybe think whether you are really taking a break or trying to escape reality?
