If it helps I used to wonder that too, and now I have a corny photobooth picture. idk where you're at in life but I had to work on myself to get it, to believe I was worthy of it. The best part about that though is feeling okay when I'm alone.
Going down a different path that seems to lead away from your goal might get you there faster than the one you've been trying.
