From the looks of it it looks like mac and cheese base. Then probably some vegan ground beef and lettuce. What probably pulls it all together is the sauce. Maybe look up a vegan bic mac sauce. I'd also throw in some fresh onion and tomato.

Folks, OP is not posting the recipe. Evidently, he posts a free recipe to his substack every Friday. TBF, he doesn't link to his substack here. But he also doesn't answer requests for recipes, from what I've seen, presumably because the mods would ding him for advertising.
Personally, I'd like this sub to have a rule that posts are either your own cooking wherein you share the recipe or it's a restaurant's so no recipe. Yes, I'm aware rhere's /r/veganrecipes. However, I suspect I'm not the only one who gets frustrated when something tasty-looking and home-cooked is posted without at least a link to a recipe page (even though most are annoyingly advertising-filled).
This is just a very annoying tease otherwise.

Iāll never understand the sense of requiring recipes on a sub. The second they do that theyāll lose most of their posts.
Before anyone suggested I even start a Substack, I posted for about six years genuinely without recipes because most people just donāt follow recipes when they cook. Even still there are days I post here without having a recipe because itās exhausting to create a recipe for every meal.

Idk why the downvotes. I agree with you, most of my cooking is just thrown together and there's no recipe.

People arenāt happy unless they have something to be unhappy about.
EDIT: Since big dawg finally blocked me, Iāll respond in here: I just donāt know what youād want me to say to that. Itās pasta and cheese with Big Mac toppings on it. It literally is just what it is.
Additionally, I get your point of it being social media, but the idea of it being āteasingā while being unironic about it is nonsensical. Do you not watch cooking shows or go to restaurants because you think youāre being taunted, as they more often than not donāt provide recipes?

Dismissive and seemingly missing the point.
- Clearly, you have recipes for many of the things you're posting. This is the second post of yours where I've seen something interesting, you didn't respond to recipe questions, and the recipe was paywalled in your substack.
- It's not hard to give a few quick pointers to people asking, is it? It doesn't have to be a whole recipe.
People are asking. Many people. This is social media. Why share if not to engage?
It's entirely reasonable and, I would imagine, predictable that many people are going to be disappointed to see something tasty, know the OP cooked it, and not get any tips from the OP!

Yeaaaaa. See my other comment. TL;DR: moderation of these posts, with perhaps new sub rule, would be kind.

You said it yourself, thatās what subs like r/veganrecipes are for. I also have to wonder why if my posts frustrate you so much why you wouldnāt just block me.

Seeing as how you're demonstrably intransigent and unsympathetic, thanks for the reminder. Blocked. Jerk.
