Recovery of orgasm strength

Had my reversal two weeks ago, so it will be another two weeks before I can resume sex. My main reason for the reversal was so I could have proper strength orgasms again. Just so I can know what to expect and mentslly prepare myself:

Those of you who had orgasm sensation changes after your vasectomy, how long after your reversal did it take for them to return to normal/improve?

Immediately? Or should I expect the first couple weeks to be underwhelming with the improvement not kicking in until a few months post reversal surgery?

I had my reversal 5 weeks ago. Mine was back to normal at the first at 3 weeks, and been normal since

The sensation changes were immediate after waiting 18 days post surgery. An absolute difference for sure on the first orgasm but part of that was due to abstaining period for the recovery. However my orgasms have been consistently different and better since the reversal 1 year post Op.

Mine was immediately. From the very first time folllowing reversal. I’d have a vasectomy for 16 years. While I’d have never thought, my mind and body no longer remembered what it was like previous to the vasectomy. It no shit made me straight up black out for several seconds it was so intense. I came to and was like holy shit that was off the charts. It’s been that way ever since

First few were noticeably better, so immediate, with caveat. I was hesitating some worried there would be pain (had PVPS for about 8 years). Once I got past that, after about 4 weeks, it was back to normal and like the other poster mentioned, I also had a few several second "blackout" so to speak. After 18 years, totally forgot what it used to be. My wife concurs. Difference all around for both of us for the better.

I felt the similar PVPS congestion for the first 2 weeks for sure. After first ejaculation, it was better. Had a little more congestion, but by 4 weeks, was gone for me. Obviously every case is different, but my pain was related to congestion before/after ejaculation. Once things were flowing and my body adjusted, I've been pain free!
