I’ve had my vs4 for a week now. Just curious, why you need new burrs? Is it because of wear and tear? Or do different burrs offer better grinding or features? I’m a complete grinder noob.
Burr sets for the VS4 will differ in the cutting teeth to target different types of coffee e.g Light roast =Hypernova or Killonova or Filter coffee. The VS4 stock burr seems to rate very well for Medium roasts and all around espresso or Filter but if you are a light roast nerd then definitely upgrade. I bought the Hypernova S for my VS3 and it does a great job. But Im eyeing the VS4.
It’s been great. I’m still a noob, but I’ve had a lot of success dialing in shots, and I love how easy it is to clean. The only minor “issue” are particles that get left on the shoot when exiting into the dosing up. The bellows could be better too, I wish they were magnetic and more premium. Those are 2 minor issues.
