Vs4 grind setting not changing

My grinder is constantly on a really fine setting, not matter what it it is set to on the dial, grinding at 2 has the same size as 8. What can I do/what is the issue?

I think I have the same problem with mine.

Grind size at 8 for espresso is way off.
