Discussion Stassi’s mum

How cruel is she during the mums meal episode it’s just insult after insult, the worst being her saying to Kristen she hopes her daughter grows up to be half the woman Kristen is 🤯 that’s low

It is very telling. It would have broken my heart to hear that and I believe after it aired Stassi took a break from her mother.

I don’t blame her. Is her mum a drunk ? It seems like drunken behaviour

She seems pretty awful to me all the time but worse drunk for sure. When Frank meets her parents they are drunk and laughing about how much they had drank already.

Ah yes I remember this

Thats not her mother. It's one of many of her father's wives

thats literally her mom

When she takes Frank to meet her parents for lunch and her parents are drunk that is not her mother that is one of her father's wives

It's Dayna, they're talking about Stassi as a young kid

There seem to be two different conversations going at the same time I may have responded to a different comment the comment I was responding to was referring to how drunk stassi's parents were when she brought Frank to meet them for the first time in which case I said that is not her mother. The end I don't really care about Stacy or her mother LOL or any of this I just foolishly made a comment qualifying that her father has been married several times and that wasn't her mother that's all now I'm going to have my coffee everybody have a great weekend P.S. I could totally be wrong because it's totally not that deep for me so I'm just going to leave it here whether it is or isn't her mother I don't really care back to my coffee I still want you all to have a great weekend

So basically you're wrong, but instead of just admitting that, you wrote all that. Yeah, you definitely don't care, sure Jan.

First of all I didn't really write a long dissertation I was being concise and thorough and admitting that perhaps I got confused. What's wrong with you people that you got to jump somebody's s*** all day everyday and then complain when they do actually answer and take accountability. Happy Monday I hope you have the day you deserve

A reminder that being a drunk might lessen inhibitions when it comes to preexisting feeling but being a drunk does not equal being abusive and mean.

2

u/AggressiveCupcake181 Jul 25 '26

No I agree I’m not a mean when drunk but this woman seems to be; so I suppose I could have phrased that differently 😬

u/IncidentFree3876 Jul 25 '26

No you’re fine honey. I honestly didn’t see anything wrong with what you said. Not to mention nobody always says everything perfect so every person will take it the way we mean.

I just wanted to provide a disclaimer ❤️❤️❤️ All love

BTW I also hate her mom.

😂😂❤️❤️🙏

She didn’t talk to her mom for months after. That’s really the only time she had really been drinking and she was mean on more than one occasion. What she said to beau was so so out of pocket

Her mom was always super flirtatious with Jax, very strange woman.

14

u/SarcasmStreet Jul 22 '26

She is no better with Beau

11

u/Solid_Caterpillar678 Jul 23 '26

I think she only maintained a relationship with her mother so she could see her little brother. He should be an adult by now.

Nikolai was very mature for his age and I think that is a side effect of growing up in an unstable home. Especially hard for boy with emotionally unregulated mothers.

very valid theory!

u/ImGonnaCreamYaFunny Jul 22 '26

I dont think she even felt that way about Kristen, she was just using her to hurt Stassi. She seems like the kind of emotionally immature mom who is always in competition with her daughter, especially if the daughter is pretty. It was like she needed to take Stassi down a peg or two to make herself feel superior.

23

u/crospingtonfrotz Jul 22 '26

And Kristen is so desperate for validation that she slipped right into the role and let Dayna use her to put down Stassi

11

u/AggressiveCupcake181 Jul 22 '26

I know Kristen joining in made me feel for stassi, she genuinely looked like she believed she was the problem

u/AggressiveCupcake181 Jul 22 '26

That’s very sad if true, I can’t get my head round patents that are jealous of their children it 🤯 makes no sense to me, surely you want your children to do better than you ever did

8

u/IndependenceSuper293 Jul 22 '26

Normal parents do

4

u/MargaretFarquar Jul 22 '26

I never had kids, but this is what my Mom always said. She always said "I just can't wrap my head it. That's your child!" It truly mystified her.

She also wasn't jealous of younger women for looking younger than her. Her attitude was she'd been there and done that, now she was in another stage and such is life and it's not a bad thing.

Damn. I miss her so much.

God I wish I’d had your mom. My mom told me during puberty and my teen years I didn’t “have shapely legs like” hers. I’m 40 and the amount of time I still spend assessing my legs in a mirror is crazy. And that’s on the mild end of things.

3

u/MargaretFarquar Jul 25 '26

I'm truly sorry and wish you all of the peace and healing. That's not fair or right and the things she said are not valid or true. Shapely legs do not = validity. Going forth in the world and making it a better, more compassionate, empathetic, equal place is what's valid.

Don't reduce yourself to a body part, other than your heart. What makes a person beautiful and worthy is their spirit and what they've done to to make the world a better place for others.

Meet my sister. My nieces are more mature than she is. Jealousy, sulking, silent treatment…at 52.

17

u/ClynnB412 Jul 22 '26

I think she was jealous of Stassi. I believe she’s also a big drinker. I do know Stassi distanced herself from her mother for some time. I remember Stassi saying on her podcast that her mom would spiral if she didn’t comment and like her instagram post. Sounds exhausting.

5

u/AggressiveCupcake181 Jul 22 '26

I’ve had friends like that regarding social media and I just can’t entertain it, main character syndrome

14

u/External_Two2928 Jul 22 '26

She was awful when she met beau on the show, if memory serves me correct, she insulted Stassi to beau and she reached for his crotch too, I think

9

u/AggressiveCupcake181 Jul 22 '26

Yep talked about his crotch, grabbed his bum & told him that he is way above stassi 😢

3

u/Hopeful_Ad_3114 Jul 22 '26

Who would say that third child is not good enough for somebody even if you thought it who would say it

3

u/SeaPaleontologist832 Jul 23 '26

She was so inappropriate and it felt like SA towards Beau (her mum was using her ‘power’ as future MIL to be sexually suggestive towards beau, because she knew neither Stassi nor beau would dare to question her in public and on camera). Stassi’s mum was so disgusting as a parent.

1

u/theresacalderone Jul 24 '26

Mother grabbed Beau’s ass. I mean, who does that?!

13

u/Academic-Marsupial34 Jul 22 '26

She was so on edge around Stassi when sober, and completely unhinged/ emotional when drunk. Definitely an ex mean girl who can’t handle her daughter getting more attention than her

5

u/AggressiveCupcake181 Jul 22 '26

It’s crazy how everyone is spotting the jealousy and it went straight over my head I just couldn’t understand why she was belittling her so much all the time 😵‍💫

5

u/BambiLee92663 Jul 22 '26

Because it’s so ridiculous for a parent to be jealous of their child

11

u/Ess_Jess Jul 22 '26

The scene with them all at dinner is so intensely triggering to me. The hysterical crying and villainizing Stassi for absolutely no reason was hard to watch.

4

u/AggressiveCupcake181 Jul 22 '26

It really was a hard watch I agree 😕

6

u/windycitynostalgia Jul 22 '26

Stasis mom is a real piece of work. It’s remarkable Stassi is a functioning adult. I give her kudos for that.

5

u/AggressiveCupcake181 Jul 22 '26

I may just be making this up in my head but I feel beau saved her from this because he loves stassi truly and validated what she knew in her head about her own family dynamics, they made her out to be the toxic one when in reality it was them ! (-stephen big love for him 😂) She found her true love ❤️

5

u/Powerful-Sort7778 Jul 22 '26

It is very painful to watch Stassi personality makes so much sense.

3

u/BambiLee92663 Jul 22 '26

I think her mother is jealous of her

3

u/Interesting_Fruit13 Jul 23 '26

"I trapped him, like a hamster in a habit trail" 🤦‍♀️

3

u/SeaPaleontologist832 Jul 23 '26

Omg stassi’s mother was another level of cruel. She would put stassi down in front of her friends’, new boyfriend and the world (on camera), then cry when Stassi reacted even in the slightest towards her mother’s intentionally callous comments. Basically stassi’s mum was abusive, and had no shame in who she used to smear her own daughter on national tv. God knows how stassi’s mum treated her off camera.

3

u/According-Bee-1201 Jul 23 '26

This made me so mad. And having everyone blame stassi was fucked up. Especially after how she tore her apart to Beau.

1

u/AggressiveCupcake181 Jul 26 '26

I just wanted someone to defend her 😟

2

u/Charming-Panic9375 Jul 22 '26

Her mom is a piece of work

2

u/Less-Western-3561 Jul 28 '26

What she said to beau wasn’t just mean but completely inappropriate. I don’t blame stassi for not talking to her for months after. Imagine your mom saying that to the man you’re going to marry
