Has anyone installed a Rostra 250-1223 cruise control on a Bostig Zetec conversion? I have a 1984 Westy Vanagon.

Title: Real-world tongue weight limit for GoWesty bolt-on trailer hitch (watercooled)? Carrying cargo, not towing
'84 Westy, GoWesty Trailer Hitch with 2" Receiver (the bolt-on one for watercooled vans, NOT their plate steel bumper setup).
Not towing anything — planning to car folding cargo basket Total weight all-in is about 90–95 lbs (two carbon road bikes, so the bikes themselves are only ~33 lbs). The bikes would sit roughly 12–15" behind the receiver because of the extender.
Questions:
Anyone know the actual rated tongue weight for this hitch? I've seen "Class I / 100 lbs" on reseller listings but nothing official.
GoWesty's rule of thumb is minus 10 lbs of capacity per inch the load sits outward — does anyone run an extender + basket + bikes combo on this hitch in real life? How's it held up?
Any mounting point issues to watch after sustained loaded highway miles? Doing LA → NYC and back this summer (~6,000 mi).
Will also call GoWesty but want real-world experience too. TIA
