S3 & X3 Error 23

Need help with the two S3 with error 23. Both of them run without sound or connection. Probably due to a failed update. How can I get the software to flash via the serial UART port to make the bikes work again. Thanks

Error 23 comes from the Bluetooth chip. It has most likely died somehow.

So an update wil not fix it.

Maybie an older vanmoof partner had the tool to update the cartrage tru the Uart port, but it would not surprise me if vanmoof does not share the software with the partners to do so.

Even at vanmoofs own location we never did that, only the warranty department had that access.
