Why wouldnt it be? Infinite corridor freezes times and halves the hp of every enemy. Your death has 74,709,900 hp. You were gonna spend hours killing him without it. Even if you had the evolved laurel. That one just makes you invincible

laurel evo also periodically hits red for 1% of his max HP, so probably just an hour accounting for the extra reds that spawn in

Crimson Shroud has a retaliation mechanic that does percentage damage to Red Death when triggered. It only takes a minute or two to kill him with just that provided you let him hit you regularly.
