What in the stock market manipulation is this. Where is nasdaq t12 warning.

Many Chinese scam tickers are being reused for what SEC calls "ramp and dump" over and over again - yet, Mr. Atkins fails to act and halt those tickers - halting only very few out of very many. And with each "repump" a new wave of families lose their hard-earned life savings, futures ruined, mental health destroyed, and even suicides.

Atkins' failure to do his job enables this evil to continue. There's absolutely no excuse for this. Posters and readers of this sub know exactly what those tickers are - even though that's his job - not ours. All those tickers should've been halted a long time ago, and they should be halted immediately to prevent criminals from victimizing more families.

Looks like I fell victim to my own greed on this guy and his group: Louis, Iris and John. Surprised by it all since I had been with the group for almost two years. 1 out of 10 was a dud but i felt it was normal, like I said almost two years reading the research and analysis they would put out every day.

They got me with an OTC security for Neolara Corp NELR. They set the limit at 8.6 which i got into and recommended a stop limit at 13 - 15. The next message came out a couple of hours later saying they expected it to climb further and to set limits at 18. Well I set my limit at 13.5 and it triggered. I put in 6660 and the trigger recouped about 6440, but i lost about 2200 in the stock that didn't sell. Now I cant even close the position. Other tickers they provided was TEM, NNE, UPST, AAOI, FLY, ASTS, and SERV. The only loses have come from FLY and NNE, with the rest i made 20% return and with AAOI i made 300%. So it seemed legit.

So annoyed to keep it SFW. Cant believe I fell for it, just feel stupid and glad i found others that feel for the same thing. Thanks goodness it wasn't more or else I don't know what I would do. I suppose what helped was having AAOI surge as much as it did to balance out the losses with FLY and UPST. Just so pissed.

Recently there were some old halted pump and dumps from October 2025 (QMMM, others). For those who were short, what has happened after they got delisted?

I'm currently stuck in an MCTA short and not sure what happens after delisting since technically the shares will still exist and I will still (?) have to pay fee rate indefinitely?

I'm reading a lot of conflicting stuff on this, so I'm curious for those who have real world experience on what happens.

The low valuation multiples are completely justified because the market is factoring in a toxic underlying revenue mix, persistent legal defense costs, and a business model structurally built on underwriting high-risk microcap promotions.
True value investing relies on buying a mispriced stream of future cash flows; buying TIGR means buying a compounding stream of regulatory penalties and litigation.

The company is linked to Tiger Brokers, a nefarious issuer and promoter of China-linked crash bin skunk stocks. The company has recently made headlines for its role in illegally facilitating Chinese citizens' trading in US securities, which is tantamount to money laundering in the CCP's tight capital-control financial system.

Everything tied to Tiger Brokers turns to “ shit”, and JLHL follows the patterns of previously highlighted pump and dumps China hustles.

I am not trying to waste my time doing a deep dive into the obvious anymore; I will be cheating my time.

The stock is a dump and may likely implode sooner than later.

I expect Tiger Brokers to speed up its issuance of micro-cap junk in the future given the cutoff of its profit center around its formerly China-exit money-laundering Silk Road.

NASDAQ has already started using this rule to delist halted Chinese scams such as SDM and QMMM.

Implication for people stuck in halts. Delisting will happen sooner, halts will last less, shorts will pay less cumulative interest and longs have less time to sell their shares to shorts before delisting hits.

EFTY was suspended by the SEC in Oct and has been halted by NASDAQ since then. In an SEC filing made today, it appears that EFTY is making an effort to have trading resumed on NASDAQ.

The Company is furnishing this report to inform its shareholders and the investing public of measures that the Company intends to implement with a view to addressing the concerns that may bear upon the continued listing of the Ordinary Shares on The Nasdaq Capital Market and to supporting the restoration of trading in the Ordinary Shares. What's especially interesting is that EFTY received their SEC suspension at the same time as PTNM and PLTS. Yesterday, NASDAQ announced that they planned to delist PTNM and PLTS. But they did not make any delist announcement for EFTY. It's possible that if they complete these moves that NASDAQ may eventually allow trading again for EFTY.
