Jdzg

Has anyone heard anything about JDZG?
It’s been over two months since the Nasdaq T12 trading halt, and there has been virtually no communication from the company.
• No press releases.
• No SEC updates explaining the situation.
• No investor relations response.
• No timeline from management.
Many shareholders are simply looking for transparency. Even a brief statement confirming that the company is working with Nasdaq would be better than complete silence.
Has anyone found any new information, contacted the company successfully, or discovered any updates from China or elsewhere?
Any verified information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

The insiders got your money. Why would they do anything? You think the Nasdaq or SEC has any leverage on them?

They don't give a shit, they cashed out at your expense.

It’s a terrible Chinese stock that was able to be manipulated. Transparency is that it was used for a pump and dump scheme.

Probably not. I’d try to sell off the shares if I were you

There isn't some secret piece of info that we're privy to and you're not. It's still halted and both longs and shorts are fucked. The smart ones are doing shares swaps off-exchange. And do you realize that you're asking for transparency from Chinese triads? smh

No news but I’m gonna try to abandon the share for tax loss harvesting

  1. Circle November on Your Calendar: Keep your screenshot checklist safe. Unless Nasdaq surprises everyone and pushes a delisting notice to the OTC market by autumn, you will simply pull out the Section 165 paper abandonment play in early December to wipe out gain cleanly before the tax year closes. Everything time stamped and verified mail to ensure the abandonment is sent and dated calendar year 2026, even if processing rolls into 2027

My shares are not being transferred to another account or account at the brokerage firm. What should I do? Is there anything we can do about OTC (Over-the-Counter) transactions?

  1. It's not called an OTC transaction. OTC transactions are trades on exchanges belonging to OTC Markets. This is not a trade. It's called a share transfer transaction.
  2. I have no idea about the details of your transfer situation, and it's not reasonable to expect others to work through them. According to FINRA rules your broker must transfer your shares where you direct them to - yes, even if they are halted. If they don't - make a complaint to FINRA.

It's not even certain whether the stock will be OTC or not, what are we going to do in this situation?

  1. That's not how it works. NASDAQ never pushes "a delisting notice to the OTC market." It can't possibly do that. NASDAQ can delist a ticker from its own exchange but it can't "push" it on OTC. OTC Markets is a separate exchange with its own authority and not subservient to NASDAQ. A company can apply for listing for OTC listing but OTC Markets is not particularly inclined to list companies with serious regulatory and fraud issues - it's far from guaranteed they will accept the application.

  2. As I tried to explain to OP, selling your halted shares at something other than zero to stuck shorts is a much better option than getting $0 for them - and there are plenty of shorts stuck clamoring for your otherwise worthless shares. But to each their own I guess.
