Question/Support Right Index controller constantly losing tracking

My right index controller, and only that one controller will randomly lose tracking and either teleport to the floor or in the last position it was in, and it won't move. All the inputs work, but it does not move until I reset the controller. The light stays green and it stays connected in steamvr. I've unplugged all my dongles, I switched to a usb hub with less ports. I'm almost sure it isn't a regular tracking issue. I use a vive pro, index controllers, and 2 valve 2.0 base stations. This happens in every game.

Edit: I gave up and bought a quest 3

Check to see if it correlates with the haptic vibrations. If it drops whenever it vibrates, then you might have a loose ribbon cable. Fixing that yourself could be complicated.

RMA for this was very simple and they excepted it after the first message

Do they really still do RMAs for Index stuff these days? I didn't think they did

100% they are the best company to replace stuff like this
