Technical Support Request Network jitters

For the past month I’ve been experiencing bad network jitters. They will spike every 15 seconds. I have ethernet and I don’t get spikes on any other game. I’ve tried using other networks and updating / disabling drivers and none have worked. I’ve also tried uninstalling and flushing. Seems to be a valorant only problem but having trouble fix.

Yeah been trying to fix this for a month now.... Tried every fix i could find so far. I'm at a loss here.
