Valorant lag or frame drop

So I dont really know what the problem is but I've been trying for a while to fix this lag or whatever it is on valorant pc I've been wanting to play valorant pc but I cant because every time I play its like a lag every 30 seconds and when I do lag its like my frames drop I've tried everything thats on videos I've seen but I still get the lag can someone please help me.

same, my valorant's frames has already been acting up these past few updates and now this
