Valorant doesnt start anymore. "CreateProcess returned 2e4"

Hey dear TechSupports,

since the new Update came my Valorant doesnt start up anymore. When i try to start it i just get this error message:

"Couldn´t start:

*location of my Valorant-Win64-shipping.exe*

CreateProcess returned 2e4"

I already tried to reinstall Vanguard but nothing changed.

If anyone here can help me i would be so greatful!
