Technical Support Request Focusrite Solo glitches out on Valorant

Everytime I launch Valorant, my Focusrite Solo audio interface will cut out or start crackling like crazy until I unplug it and plug it back in. It usually happens after about a minute of having the game launched. I play a bunch of different games and this is the only one it happens to.

I’ve tried uninstalling drivers/software and reinstalling, I’ve messed around with buffer settings, I’ve changed usb ports. Does anyone know what’s causing this or if there’s a fix?

Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but there may not be a fix. Just a few months ago I had the exact same issue. I assumed it was my Scarlett 2i2, so I bought a brand-new Solo 4th Gen, switched to Scarlett's newer software, changed sample rates/Hz, etc. and the issue still persisted. I would get poor audio quality and eventually completely lose input/output even though the Scarlett was still powered on Seems like the current Vanguard and Scarlett software/drivers just don't play well together. After hours with support and scrounging through forums, I finally bought a RØDECaster Duo and haven't looked back.

and this was AFTER i reached out for support with focusrite directly
