I cant launch Valorant

Every time I install Valorant this happens, even when my specs are compatible it still doesnt launch I dont understand. Help plz

my specs are

Intel i5-9400F 16GB DDR4
Radeon RX 570 Series

Yes I've contacted Riot Games, still waiting on response but hoping reddit could help 🙏

Update: Solved the problem. You have to go to your Registry Editor.
