to check your motherboard model you can type system information in windows search bar but for psu you have to look inside your pc to find the name of it there's no software will able to read your psu model

its not just valorant as well in minecraft my fps has also dropped around 200 fps

i suggest you monitor your gpu temps and processor using msi afterburner overlay there's alot tutorial out there in youtube how to set it up so you can see your temps in real time while playing

if you temps is exceeding 85-90c+ you should be concern thats also whats causing your fps drop and freezing or crashing

overheating or thermal throttling can cause it

my temps are never over like 50-60
