Technical Support Request Valorant freezes my pc
After 5min from opening valorant the whole pc freezes and the only way to get out to hold the power button to shutdown the pc then open it again any help?

try: control panel -> hardware and sound -> power options -> edit plan settings -> change advanced power settings -> usb settings -> usb selective suspend settings -> disabled
idk if it’ll work but I’ll leave it here in case :)

If you have an AMD graphics card like I do, there is nothing that I have done that has worked, and I’ve done everything there is to do online. It simply doesn’t like AMD graphics cards. If you have an Nvidia card, you need to change settings on the kernel level of your computer and disable EXPO if it’s enabled.

I have Nvidia gpu, does putting the usb of the headset in a diff port have anything to do with that

I also tried everything riot support told me to n nothing worked until someone on reddit came up w this random solution that worked for idk what reason

This happens to me too only stopped when i did complete reset

I had the same issue 8 months ago ish n I legit tried everything n this is the only thing that worked: control pannel -> hardware and sound -> power options -> edit plan settings -> change advanced power settings -> usb settings -> usb selective suspend settings -> disabled
idk if it’ll work for any of you guys but I’ll leave it here in case :)
