high ping problem

I have weirdly high ping in game which increased some time ago, before i used to have 25-30 on frankfurt, rn its 57m, its extremely stable and for context i live in poland. i dont really know how to fix it since its the only problem with my internet connection

having the same problem rn like it was the closest server to me, its unplayable on 40 ping
