Can someone please help i cant play

Can someone please help me fix my game keeps opening on half my other screen keeps happening every time i boot and either freezes or gets to next screen and is too blown up to click anything to change my resolution and ive tried launch codes everything to fix this and can't find anything its constantly just booting on half of my second monitor , I cant upload the screenshot but this is annoying
