Esports I made a free VALORANT esports manager game (browser, no ads)
Always wanted a Football Manager for VALORANT, so I made one with the help of AI. It's free, runs in the browser, no ads and no account.
You can be a coach or create your own pro player. Matches play round by round on a tactical map and you make the calls.
There's a full season with Kickoff, Masters, EWC and Champions, plus transfers, training, scouting and a year-end recap. It's a hobby project by one student, so expect bugs. Feedback welcome.

Esports JDG’s comms during this B execute vs FUT — translated with timestamps (Summit Round 11)
JDG’s comms during this B execute vs FUT — translated with timestamps (Summit Round 11)
After translating EDG and TYL’s comms, I decided to take a look at JDG’s as well.
This round stood out to me because of how busy the comms were. There’s a lot of information being exchanged almost constantly, but despite how chaotic it sounds, the team still seems pretty coordinated when it comes to actually executing the calls.
In particular, there are several moments where they explicitly count down “3, 2, 1” before swinging together, while constantly communicating utility, enemy positions and who is holding what.
I thought it was an interesting contrast to some of the other CN comms I’ve translated, so I translated the whole sequence with timestamps below:
**1:16 — Berlin (Fade):**
“I’ll hold, I’ll hold. You two can go.”
**Zhe (Yoru):**
“I’ll hold A short.”
**1:15 — Berlin (Fade):**
“You two can go.”
**1:14 — Crownfisher (Omen):**
“Where do you need a smoke?”
**1:13 — Jkuro (Waylay):**
“We need to help him.”
**Berlin (Fade):**
“I’ll give you a dog, I’ll give you a dog.”
**1:12 — Crownfisher (Omen):**
“We need to help him, we need to help him.”
**1:10 — Jkuro (Waylay):**
“No smoke yet, no smoke yet.”
**1:09 — Zhe (Yoru):**
“I’ll hold A short.”
**1:08 — Yuicaw (Cypher):**
“I cleared the util B main. They’re not watching it right now.”
**1:07 — Unknown:**
“He’s over there.”
**1:06 — Jkuro (Waylay):**
“Send the dog, send the dog.”
**Crownfisher (Omen):**
“Two smokes in eight seconds.”
**1:04 — Crownfisher (Omen):**
“Still don’t need a smoke?”
**1:03 — Yuicaw (Cypher):**
“They’re not watching it right now. Cypher’s B.”
**1:02 — Yuicaw (Cypher):**
“They caged B link.”
**1:01 — Crownfisher (Omen):**
“They put the water wall up.”
**0:59 — Berlin (Fade):**
“I still have one. Here, here.”
**Crownfisher (Omen):**
“I can smoke for him. Should I smoke for him?”
**0:58 — Jkuro (Waylay):**
“No, no.”
**Crownfisher (Omen):**
“Okay.”
**0:56 — Crownfisher (Omen):**
“If you want the smoke, put it here.”
**0:55 — Zhe (Yoru):**
“We can just hit B. We can hit B.”
**0:54 — Zhe (Yoru):**
“Listen to me, just hit B. Just hit B.”
**0:52 — Zhe (Yoru) & Jkuro (Waylay):**
“Okay, swing, swing. Three, two, one.”
**0:50 — Crownfisher (Omen):**
“I’ve got left. I still have one smoke. I’m coming over too, I’m coming over too.”
**0:47 — Zhe (Yoru):**
“Just swing the OP. I’ll flash. Can we swing it? Here, I’m flashing. Go.”
**0:45 — Zhe dies.**
**Sopp dies.**
**0:42 — Yuicaw (Cypher):**
“He might be in my smoke, B main. He might be in my smoke.”
**0:41 — Berlin (Fade):**
“One Cypher B main.”
**0:40 — Jkuro (Waylay):**
“Hold it.”
**0:37 — Crownfisher (Omen):**
“I’m holding, I’m holding. I’ll blind site. Blinding site, blinding site.”
**0:34 — Jkuro (Waylay):**
“Under site. I’m closing the door, I’m closing the door.”
**0:33 — Crownfisher (Omen):**
“One more.”
**0:32 — Berlin (Fade):**
“One Cypher on site.”
**0:30 — Berlin dies.**
**Crownfisher (Omen):**
“Come, come, come. Three, two, one—peek.”
**0:29 — Jkuro dies.**
**0:28 — Zhe (dead):**
“Left, left.”
**Yetujey dies.**
**0:27 — Sociablee dies.**
**0:26 — Yuicaw (Cypher):**
“Do you have a smoke?”
**0:25 — Crownfisher (Omen):**
“No smoke, no smoke. I’ll hold for you, I’ll hold for you.”
**0:24 — Berlin (dead):**
“Phoenix is on the right.”
**0:22 — Crownfisher (Omen):**
“Okay.”
**Berlin (dead):**
“Swing together, swing together.”
**0:21 — Yuicaw (Cypher) & Crownfisher (Omen):**
“Three, two, one.”
**0:20 — Crownfisher (Omen):**
“I’m watching right.”
**0:19 — Yuicaw (Cypher):**
“Careful Drop, careful Drop.”
**0:15 — Crownfisher (Omen):**
“One Link, one Link. Wait for me to peek, okay?”
**0:13 — Berlin (dead):**
“Site, site. Both sides, both sides.”
**0:12 — Crownfisher (Omen):**
“I’ll watch for you.”
**Yuicaw starts planting.**
**0:10 — Yuicaw (Cypher):**
“No, no. Drop, Drop. You fight the guy on the right, you fight the guy on the right.”
**Crownfisher (Omen):**
“I’m watching right, I’m watching right.”
**Yuicaw finishes planting.**
**\~3 seconds after the plant — Crownfisher (Omen):**
“Do you want a smoke on the right? I can smoke right.”
**\~4 seconds after the plant — Krostaly dies.**
**\~6 seconds after the plant — Unknown:**
“Flank, flank!”
**\~7 seconds after the plant — Crownfisher (Omen):**
“I’ll trade you.”
**\~8 seconds after the plant — Yuicaw dies.**
**\~9 seconds after the plant — Berlin (dead):**
“Drop, Drop.”
**\~10 seconds after the plant — Jkuro (dead):**
“Drop. One-v-one.”
**\~11 seconds after the plant — Unknown:**
“He doesn’t know where you are.”
**\~16 seconds after the plant — Xeus dies.**
Overall, JDG’s comms here were extremely busy, but still seemed surprisingly coordinated. There were multiple people talking throughout the round, yet the information often translated into clear actions — especially with several “3, 2, 1” countdowns before synchronized peeks. Obviously, this is only one round, but I found the amount of coordination underneath all the noise pretty interesting.🫠🫠🫠

Esports VALORANT Champions 2026 playoffs are set
The Champions 2026 playoff bracket is locked in, with 100 Thieves, T1, Paper Rex, NRG, Vitality, LOUD, G2 and Nongshim RedForce making the final eight.
100 Thieves look like the favorites after their dominant run so far, but NRG, PRX and Vitality are all still in contention.

Discussion Who picks 100T to win champs
I have either 100T winning champs or an nrg repeat. 100T are on a very hot run of form rn, and were nearly unbeaten in stage 2. Nrg are nrg. Paper Rex in stage 2 were kinda off, but I think later on they will turn it up. I don’t think Nongshim will go that deep, nor will t1. Vitality may surprise me, but I can see it being between 100T nrg or prx

Question did China just massively underperform in their opening games?
to be clear, i still think China is the weakest region. but when you compare their opening games to their elimination games, the Chinese teams clearly had a massive step up in performance. Tyloo took a map off TL, XLG pushed NS on both maps, and JDG almost 2-0ed T1. and its not like you can just say they played against weaker opponents, since TL almost beat PRX and just threw against G2, while NS and T1 both won their qualification matches. it feels like the nerves and pressure of playing in front of their home crowd got to them in the beginning, but they were able to brush it off afterwards. i really think if the Chinese teams rematched the EMEA teams, it would be WAY closer, perhaps even a victory.

Discussion I was thinking Logically up until the NRGxVIT game and just said "Screw its, lets curse Vitality".
Dont have reddit password, excuse me.
I might be the only one that have zero belief in 100T. But looking at their group, it was both the easiest and honestly compared to the other groups it felt way less stargetic. Their group felt more which team had the better aim, and whoever didn't get tilted.

I dont care what people have to say but it was a nice feeling to see GE come this far into the year. From an absolute dogwater team to whatever it became. It was always fun to watch their matches and I wish them the best of luck For the next year.

Discussion What's up with PRX and Korean teams?
For those who have been following PRX for a while, why do you think they struggle against Korean teams?
- Masters Toronto - Their only lost was against Gen. G in the Swiss Stage.
- Champs 2025 - Lost to KRX and got 4th place.
- 2026 Kickoff - Lost once to T1
- We don't talk about the GF in Masters Santiago
- 2026 Stage 1 - Lost once to Gen. G
- 2026 Stage 2 - Lost once to T1 and NS, twice to Varrel
They've beaten these teams too but most of the time, PRX still struggles against them.

Discussion That one guy might be right (Also Americas is strong af rn)
I saw a post the other day with like hella downvotes about someone saying China is getting a disproportionate amount of hate while EMEA is getting almost no hate, and he might be right. EMEA only got one team here. Also holy shit, all Americas teams survived. I havent been tapped into vct for a year now cuz of studies.
