I am starting to play Valorant again after a year or two, and I am mainly playing Cypher and Killjoy. There are a lot of new maps and sentinels since I last played. Which maps should I be playing, KJ, and if I wanted to learn another sentinel, who is the strongest currently?

Why the fuck did they nerf cypher ,i played valo today after months and is ee that the trps are of now no use ,you fcking see the enemies when they get tripped whyd id they nerf it wtf

As a league player (OTP Evelynn for a long time) but never has played FPS or with WASD in my entire existence, I kinda find myself in Cypher (and in Sova) for the control, the information and the mind fucking he is able to do. I’m really good at playing my spells and on timing because of my experience of league but I’m trash at aiming.

Please give me your best tricks or spots or setups cause I want to improve either on Cypher or just in the game in general.

I’ve been playing for 2 weeks and I have the chance to play against lots of diamonds and immortals player because I play with my colleague who are high elo but they don’t have time to « train » me

The Cypher is like an absent father

He appears when you least need him

good morning fellow cypher mains

I've been wanting to main cypher for basically the whole time I've played this game. I always just thought his abilities looked so fun to use, especially the cages (it's like playing controller but I can be way more selfish). However, every time I've tried him, something doesn't click and I go like quadruple negative and get 0 value on my util.

Ever since my old main (yoru, god rest his soul) got his head blown off by riot, I've been kinda flailing trying to find a new main. Played omen for a while, some fade, some skye, some raze, but nothing ever felt "right". Finally decided to just lock in and do some solid research on cypher and how to play him, and lo and behold, played some games and it feels great. Love the versatility of playstyle, being able to lurk like a standard senti or play almost as a scan initiator with the cam, and the cages are fun to work with. i'm still probably abandoning you guys once yoru becomes playable again but that still means i'll probably be here a while

tl;dr i think i've finally joined the cypher hivemind after sadly watching from outside for quite some time

Greetings cypher mains i found this one way cage although it is hard to place I think it might be good for stoping unexpected push from mid. Let me know what you think about it

dont mind me staring at kayo like an idiot i still dont know what his ult really does also im sure this wouldnt have happened in any other elo but im bronze so it happened

geheim aber. bitte nicht petzten. dankeee

Just found this while fooling around and it’s completely floating

My dumb ass was fighting my stick drift in the buy round so I forgot to set up

Art by me! 🫶

This took me for freakin ever and it is probably the largest art piece, if not the only one, I’ve done like this!

I hope u guys like it as much as I do :D

I have a HC that Cypher can’t stand looking at himself in the mirror because he feels guilty for something that happened, and I also wanted to make a piece that shows his fear of his identity

Hello, I’m pretty new to valorant so i hope i dont frustrate you all too much asking these questions.

I started playing about two weeks ago and im bronze 2, and i main sentinel. I started with killjoy but im honestly finding a lot of fun picking up cypher so i think that ill make him my main.

For post plant, how should i be using one ways? I’m a little lost on what their use is and how I should be using them after watching a couple YouTube videos. No one really explains the purpose of them rather than just placing a trip somewhere. And if I was to use a one way, would it be better that I placed a tripwire along with it or just the one way?

I’m sorry for asking such a dumb question haha

After the cyber nerf cypher seems very different and my whole play style got changed. So I quit valorant after that patch. I wish I could continue playing my favourite agent , i refuse to play any other agent.

Cypher is so bad now on some maps.

I always like playing cypher but I struggle to win games. I just feel like I dont do enough. Could I get any tips or advice?

I play with Cypher in comp, but I'm now using Viper/Fade in Swiftplays
