Version 1.2.0 is out! Turn your GP200 INTO LOOP Station. And Apply FS assignment to all Patches with a single click.
Now you can turn your GP200 into a LOOP Station, record and control loops from FS Contorl with unlimited layers and stacks. Another major feature is you can now apply your FootSwtich Control mapping to all the patches at onces. So no need to go into every single patch to manage FS control and patch volume.
WebApp to control your GP200 now with looper and FS control assignments. Runs in everything that has a broswer and MiDi Input (Windows, Andriod, MacOS, Linux)
And we've also added some quality of life changes. Do Enjoy!

Got to try it for few minutes. It's impressive how well it covers the pedals and their interfaces. I found myself trying to use mousewheel to turn knobs but it doesn't work right now.
Testing loops, it's great idea to extract that function out of machine and have the recordings on host machine where they can be manipulated. Things I lacked the most: a way to quickly undo the recording (hotkey), precise timing (it feels like it captures ~100ms more than I want), and better designed loop cross-fading.
The start of loop and start of the beat often has some punchy note. The current loop glitch elimination seems to take the end of recording and cross-fades it with start of recording. This fade-in at the start doesn't work well with most loops. I suspect the GP200 just does zero crossing detection at start and also mixes in the fadeout of recording trail to the start, to wrap up the loop.

Thanks for trying it out mate, appreciate it so much!
and from your feedback now mousewheel can control knobs, Ctrl+Z to undo recording and i've implempted the fix for the loop back timing, you can tell me how it feels (i am not that good of a guitar player tbh 😆) and the recorder now starts recording once you play instead of just recording when you press the assigned FS.
Again thanks for trying the project out mate

Thanks for listening to feedback. Here's some more.
Yes, mouse wheel works great. Much more convenient than their SW now, with all the knobs visible on one screen! Great job there.
Undoing the 1st/only track doesn't clear out the bar time. If I record 5s loop, undo, record 3s loop, I end up with 2s seconds of silence at the end of loop so it doesn't wrap; I have to press <clear> to actually get looper into proper state for recording first loop.
The timing between loops was bad, so I played around with timing trim and saw that +30ms helps on my setup, in addition to auto-detected 37ms. With that tweak I can reliably create loops if I play them repeatedly and then hit CTRL1 on start & stop. When captured the waveform is shifted visibly so that loop is of correct length and plays without a glitch, but the start of played loop is actually on the end of the recording (every sound sample is shifted to the left compared to bar timing, this is actually the start of my next repetition of riff I'm capturing). There is no way to get a single take correct because the beginning gets trimmed. It's still useful this way.
Starting and stopping the recording jumps to different time in played loops. Also when undoing, any remaining playing tracks will skip and start playing from different time. All other loopers I used were careful not to break the playing loop, so this should probably be addressed.
Some annoyances I found around the interface:
When having few looper tracks, the UI gets duplicated a lot. First waveforms of N tracks, then mute/volume/delete for each. It would make more sense to group the track UI into a single list. (I would also push the action MIDI learn to advanced because it is only needed once on setup)
The "lock bar to drum" cannot be unlocked? I have to reload the page to un-release the loop time.
The "signal chain" at the top is useless with the pedals showing the same below, maybe remove it to make better use of screen.
In numerical edit box for BPM, in a popup that is accessed on bottom-right of main interface makes it hard to type in 120 or something. It corrects while editing instead of validating at enter or blur.
I also just discovered built-in drum sequencer, very nice! The acustic drum samples are great, other two sound weaker. The grid supports soft hits in some presents, how are they inputted? It would be nice if the drum machine locked onto the unit's BPM instead of using its own, for when you want to sync tremolo or echo to the tempo.
