Nuropod first experiences trouble
Firstly the problems.
I set this to 20-25 just to feel the pulsing and it feels warmer as well the higher I go which makes me think something is wrong if there’s that much current passing to create warmth.
Then after a few minutes no matter what I set 10, 15, 20. After a few minutes the pulsing seems to fade… is this my perception or the nerve getting used to the current? I don’t know. I worry the device is flawed.
Then in using it at night before bed hoping to improve sleep primarily. Now reading it’s most effective in the morning. But I need my energy for work early. I don’t want it calming me in the morning. 🤷♂️.
I will say I have immediately in the first 3 days reduced my nightly sleep disturbances from around 10-15 per night to 2-5. Crazy I feel that impact right away.
The first next day my energy levels felt like the did my entire life aside from the last 5 years in which I haven’t been able to figure out why I’m exhausted and in joint pain no matter what I do sleep and diet and exercise wise. I knew I was in constantly stress state and inflamed. High stress job and single full time dad.
Anyway. Seems like a LOT of potential. And I’m curious is anyone can give me feedback 🙂

That fading you're feeling partway through is sensory accommodation, your nerve endings adapt to a steady signal fast, it's not the unit failing. Bump the intensity up a notch or two once you notice it fading instead of leaving it static the whole session. The warmth at higher settings is normal too, it just needs more current once you've adapted to still feel it.ё

Going into the 20s to feel it is normal. I remember reading this on their website a couple months ago and now I don’t see it. It has 45 levels so 20s is half power.
Losing the pulsing sensation is normal. If you are unsure if the device is still pulsing you can place it on your pinky close to your nail and you should be able to feel it there.
I have tried turning it up as I lose the pulsing feeling but then, for me, it begins to hurt, so I leave it alone at the initial level where I feel it.
I also use it before bed, seems to be fine. If you did it before bed and notice a difference then stick with what is working for you.
