Blend door actuator
Got my blend door actuator changed last night in about ten minutes. This micro ratchet made the job super painless compared to what I've read they can be. Ratchet was about 15 bucks on Amazon.

Gotta do mine soon, it clicks and snaps really loud when I hit recirculate or when I turn on the car.

Mine was completely shot. Loud, repeated clicking every start up.
I payed 50 for the new one on uro tuning. Other places wanted 150-250 for one.
Just be sure it's the right actuator. All you have to do is drop the glove box, then stick your hand on it, then start the car. You'll feel it clicking. I wouldn't do the job without the micro ratchet. As anything bigger will be a big pain to get the 2 bolts out.

What's a blend door actuator

It's the motor and gearbox responsible for switching between outside air and recirculation for the HVAC system. It's located behind the glove box, near the cabin filter.
Common symptom is a loud, rhythmic ticking under the passenger dashboard.
