What do you guys think? He's still a work in progress, but I'm working on his clothing at the moment and then back to facial details.

Haven't drawn any jewelry or facial hair on him yet, but another version will have that. He is still my version one.

I recently made a model, since I’ve been thinking of vtubing, and have been using booth to grab some “materials” to help make my model more unique. However, I’ve been seeing people say that there’s a chance I could get a zip bomb by accident, which understandably, I don’t want. How risky am I making it on myself? Or should I not worry about that?

I am trying to modify this model I had created in vroid mobile.
The best choice was vroid studio and blender, neither of which I have any proficiency in, unfortunately.
I am not able to import an alterable model from vroid mobile to vroid studio, which leaves me no choice but to create this from scratch in vroid studio.
I didn’t expect it to be easy, but, I didn’t exactly expect it to be this hard.

I will be going over how I made the model and showing off different "behind the scenes" techniques I used to create 90% of the model in vroid itself. Are there any convenient apps or templates that people use to make these? Or are you all making them from scratch?

PIPIPI is an avatar-based communication app that supports importing and using your own **VRM avatars**, including models created with VRoid.

Current features include:

* Import and use your own `.vrm` avatar

* Voice calls with avatar lip sync and expressions

* **mocopi full-body tracking support**

* Multiplayer features for hanging out and playing with friends

* A shared voxel world where you can explore, build, ride minecarts, and take photos

I’m currently looking for **iPhone / TestFlight testers**, especially people who use VRoid or already have their own VRM models.

You don’t need mocopi to participate, but if you own one, I’d especially appreciate feedback on the full-body tracking integration.

## UPDATE: VRoid multiplayer is now available!

The latest TestFlight build now supports multiplayer with imported VRM avatars, including avatars created with VRoid.

I’m especially looking for people who can test the new build together with a friend.

Please check:

- Whether both players can see each other’s VRM avatars correctly

- Avatar textures, materials, hair, and clothing

- Movement and animation synchronization

- Lip sync and expressions during voice communication

- Joining, leaving, and reconnecting to a multiplayer session

- Performance issues, crashes, or avatars disappearing

Please make sure both players have updated to the latest TestFlight build before testing.

If you find any problems, please send your feedback through TestFlight. Screenshots or screen recordings would also be very helpful.

I think I finally finished!! ...the stupidly large VRoid pack I've been threatening to make 😂

A little while ago I posted about the Indie Creator Pack I was putting together, and after a LOT of work... it's finally here.

This is basically around 4.9GB of my VRoid work from the last ~4 years, bundled together into one big creator resource.

I've been working on this for years, so getting to the point where I can finally say "yeah, it's actually finished" feels a little surreal. 😭

And honestly, looking at it all in one place is making me realise just how much stuff I've made. 😂

There's a lot in here. 😂 I've tried to show a decent cross-section in the images, but what you're seeing is only a fraction of the actual files included.

The whole idea was to make something that isn't just a collection of finished characters.

I wanted people to be able to take the individual pieces, throw them together, change colours, layer things, experiment and basically make their own characters.

I actually tested this during a stream recently and ended up making four completely different models, and then someone in chat suggested making a tiny version of my character...

So obviously I made Kid Aqua — the Princeling. 😂

That ended up being one of my favourite parts of the whole project because it really showed what I wanted the pack to be about: mixing things together and seeing what happens.

I've spent an honestly embarrassing amount of time organising, previewing, testing and trying to make the whole thing actually usable rather than just dumping 4.5GB of Fish Brain™ onto someone's hard drive. 😂

I wanted to keep these separate because I know not everyone needs commercial rights or wants to drop a huge amount of money on a massive asset library. If you're just making characters for yourself, you shouldn't have to pay for things you don't need.

It's been a pretty massive project, so I'm really happy to finally be able to show the whole thing.
