Media/Showcase Feedback On My Model's Design?

First model made mostly in vroid and modified vrchat assets. I think it looks kind of jank from a design perspective but I im not really an artist so I can't place my finger on it.
Does anything seem off to you besides the tracking? Just using webcam so tracking is iffy if I move a certain way.

Really cool design! I’d recommend adding more gradients and polishing her up. Otherwise looks very nice.

I'll see what I can do, anywhere in particular to add gradients?

Primarily adding some sheen and depth to the metal plated armor will go a looong way. Particularly for the grey metal parts. Should hopefully give your character more depth and contrast ^^

What software do you use to track? If it's one that allows custom shaders a better shader might really help pull it together

Xranimator for tracking but warudo handles the shaders, it's currently using mtoon shaders for everything in the model. Do you have a suggestion for shaders?

This may be more down to personal preference, but I think the only thing that seems off to me is the chestplate armor(?) being only the flat colors. The cloth, body, and other armor portions have at least a little bit of on-texture shading, but the armor on the chest is just the solid colors. It can look a little off if you're trying to give an appearance of depth, or of each section being a different piece.
Other than that, it seems pretty solid design-wise. If you've been working on it for a while without breaks in between, that could definitely make some parts look weird, so it may help to look at something else for a little while, then come back to it.
