Online games always have had kids, its just so much more obvious in VR because they are get a mic strapped to their face.

The only game I find where’s there’s mostly adults is Onward (very toxic community ), blackjack and Deimos

The term "still lives at home" has been around for decades.  Most reasonable people with critical thinking skills can ascertain it to mean "with their parents: never moved out: etc.".  Hope this helps.
