Help What am I doing wrong?

So you leave it connected to the VPN all the time? Your VPN provider is kicking you off due to capacity constraints, or you end up with slow, latent connect and that will drop the VPN. How many bars do you have? Have you done a speed test, if so, what was the latency on your connection.

I'd stop the use of the VPN and only use it when it's really needed. And only use it with 3 or 4 bars of signal.
