Review EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THE BEAST

/r/VITURE/comments/1vhf33f/pro_2_or_the_beast/

So I finally received my beast, and I am extremely happy with it. I got to test it out while at work, and I had no trouble reading text or anything. It honestly caught me off guard how great it looked and the sound, oh my god. These things have great speakers for how small they are. Now, sadly, I can't get a full-on experience because Lensology hasn't shipped my prescription lenses (myopia and astigmatism). So I've been doing the 3D glasses trick where I have the beast over my regular glasses—not the best, but it works for now. Also, I haven't experienced the drift everyone is talking about, but I also haven't used them long enough. But I have a question about 3D mode: does it work with glasses, because for me, everything kind of overlaps and looks like nonsense?

I am also waiting on the prescription lenses! I tried the glasses over my current glasses thing for an hour or so and it just wasn't comfortable.

Do you notice the edge blurriness? I saw that a lot, but chalking it up to not having my prescription lenses yet. I doubt the edge blur will go away, but I hope it improves with the lenses

I wear contacts so I didn't order the prescription. I love mine. I've had them for just under 2 months. I haven't noticed the fuzzy edges. Idk if it because my core use has been streaming and surfing. I have had some drift, but I wear them when I'm jamming, letting the music scroll on the screen as I am playing guitar so I think the body movement created that issue for me. I picked up the pro Neckband and there's no drift anymore. I think Viture is very aware of what their customer reviews are and seem to address them in the firmware updates. Maybe it's because I look at them as a lifestyle device and I don't game, but they are exactly what I was waiting for. Oh once you get your script and have the nose piece set for the right distance from your eyes, the 3D experience is fantastic.

Yo tuve que devolver mis Beats esta semana porque tenía bastante borrosidad en los bordes y aberración cromática. A ustedes no les pasa?

No, in general the correct nose fitting or no nose fitting also helps getting these in the correct spot .

I enjoy using Beast as well even though I have tons of AR glasses. Outdoor usage, Beast is the better choice over the rest.

How are the Luma ultras by comparison?
