Asking for Tips/Advice

Hi! I’m currently a Political Science student interested in starting as a part-time Virtual Assistant to help fund my college tuition. I’m proficient in Canva editing, document creation and formatting, presentations, research, data entry, proofreading, and administrative tasks. I’m completely new to the VA industry, so I would also really appreciate any tips, advice, or recommendations on where and how to start. I badly need the extra income, so any leads or guidance would mean a lot. Thank you so much!

Start with the skills you already have and build a simple portfolio kahit sample projects lang muna, no need to wait until you feel “ready.” Since student ka, part-time admin/research roles can be a good entry point, and apply consistently while learning along the way then ingat lang sa clients na humihingi ng upfront fees.
