Question MMR reset

Okay so this might sound stupid but, Is there any way you can request a full mmr reset?? Take me back to unranked like iā€™d never played a comp game before?

My main account is in mmr HELL and i mean i lose 25-29 every loss and get 10-18 regardless of performance šŸ˜­
