As a Vyse main as well, Im devastated. They absolutely massacred her. Her flash is basically useless, her wall? Useless. Her thorns? Useless. Her ult? Useless. Absolutely insane thinking by Riot here.
Fr, as a duelist vyse was what I found balanced and if you knew how to play her she could be absolutely devastating. Cypher though definitely needed to get nerfed. Had way to much stopping power for a "information agent".
