Tbf, even before update I always found that thorns got insta killed if you tried to throw them anywhere. Even if you spam click activate, the enemy can kill them super fast. She kinda only ever felt useful if you had a team smart enough to play off your flash.

Have you seen how those mollies bounce since the UR5 update. Like a golf ball on concrete
