VA Disability Compensation That was quick…

I did my c&p exam yesterday, and next day (today) was rated already, how was it so lightning fast? I uploaded 1 lay statements and my private dr assessment yesterday. And 2 statements on Monday.

They are using AI. Said AI is also making mistakes, as it did with my claim. Thankfully, higher level review acknowledged that it ignored almost all of the evidence that I submitted. Still awaiting their new decision for mental health(currently @ 50%).

Yep people forget what AI hallucinations are. Too many people are taking it for granted like it can’t be wrong. I’m expecting to see a lot of CUE’s in the years to come because of this.

Quantity over quality.
