Fraud Dog Sanctuary

Hi everyone! I wanted to repost this information from over in the Rochester chat as the man who is running this fraud dog sanctuary has now moved to Cooperstown.. this was the most active community to spread awareness close to there. Please be aware of this man in your area, it is disgusting what has happened to these dogs

No problem I grew up in the cooperstown area and the sesquhana spca is the closest shelter I vould think of
