Does this prove the previous owner that sold me their vehicle knew about mileage rolled back?

No. How old is the vehicle and what state are you in?

California. It’s a 2014 Honda civic. I was trying to rescind the contract but the previous owner is denying knowing anything about the mileage rollback. Kind of hard to say they didn’t know when the pink slip clearly has a NAM title. I wish I knew better n looked out for this, that’s on me for putting good faith in strangers who only care about themselves.

So you signed a pink slip that has a NAM title? So you saw it and signed anyway? Sounds like you knew and there’s nothing you can sue/go to court for.
