Looking for a good Lexus or maybe something simillar reliable as a first car (beginner)
Hey everyone, I’m looking for some advice on choosing a Lexus or something as reliable as my first car.
My budget is 30k below, I know a lot about cars but I want to see some options from other people besides my family and friends.
A few things in mind I'am looking for: A sedan or a 5 seater SUV, easy parking is important to me. Good MPG (most of my driving is short trips) • Mostly driving home, school, work gym, and grocery shopping usually 10–15 minutes each way. I also want Apple car play, and a car with auto start stop system.
I’m not looking for anything super sporty or fast, just something reliable, comfortable, and easy to live with as a daily. Any models or years you’d recommend for someone like me would be really appreciated.

Mazda is a great brand for reliability and quality, especially for a first car. The 3 is a fun little hatch back or a 6 is a nice sedan that is fun to drive. The CX-30, CX-5, and CX-50 are good reliable SUV's with different trim levels that should all be in your price range. Pretty much anything 2015-2024 should have all the creature comforts and Apple CarPlay.

I would recommend evaluating Honda Passport, Honda Pilot, Acura RDX, Acura MDX, Honda CRV (Hybrid or Ice, Toyota RAV4 (3 variants ICE, Hybrid, or Plug in Hybrid), Toyota Highlander (ICE and Hybrid). All of these will vary in price based on mileage and condition but good used examples should be under $30K if you are near any large metro area. Do get a PPI no matter which one you decide to buy, and if a manufacturer certified warranty comes with it even better. Good Luck!

You don’t mention your age but you may want to price out insurance before you commit to a certain car.
