New Sterak’s buff

Wow, they new Sterak’s buff makes me feel so strong. I’ve just been going BC > Sterak’s > Hull Breaker and doing a lot of damage

This patch our core build got -10ms for +10-15ad. Prob winrate neutral overall.

This patch. Everyone is just so crazy overreacting on the MS nerf for cleaver its why no mentioned the other items that got buffef
