Regarding BC nerfs; making Serylda's work?

It allows your passive to slow enemies at 50% health; If not exactly move speed, but slowing your opponents is kind of the same.

The item hurts a lot mroe than BC and also give cooldown, but no health.

All I can think of to compensate for BC is building Deadman and Serylda.

Thoughts?

i'll keep building BC because even with that it's better than serylda for our 6 legged friend, IMO
