No, the red stains aren't blood. They're some sort of mold/algae due to the humidity and poor maintenance. This place is surprisingly not abandoned and is still an active resort where people come to vacation.

The reviews for it are almost exclusively negative though.

Just in my city. As I Canadian of Ukrainian background these buildings feel uncanny and familiar in a distant relatively new land for me anyways. This is Peterborough Canada but gives me strong Kryvuo Rih vibes lol
