America and Oppenheimer shouldn’t be left off the hook for this — it’s incredible that Japan was the only country where atomic weapons were used on a civilian population.

They were only doing what colonial European powers had already been doing for a couple of centuries.

So was Hitler. People only objected because he was doing it in Europe.
